Engage, on your terms

Start a mandate. Hold a retainer. Own the library.

Nine sections, one standard: every engagement priced and scoped up front, and run by the same senior engagement lead who would carry the larger mandate.

(01) · Professional services

Fixed scope, one time.

The fastest way to put an engagement lead on a single, bounded problem. Each service is priced and scoped before you commit: the deliverable is named, the window is stated, and the work is done by the person who would carry a full mandate. These are entry points, not loss leaders; the output stands on its own even when no larger mandate follows.

(03) · Retainers

Standing counsel, on subscription.

A retainer is a standing line for the decisions that do not wait for a scoped engagement to be set up. Each tier states its monthly commitment, what is included, and what is not, before any recurring billing starts. We keep the context between calls, so each conversation starts where the last one ended; there is no minimum term and no automated upsell.

(04) · Project recovery

For programs already in trouble.

When a program is delayed, over budget, or blocked, the first purchase is clarity. The diagnostic puts an accountable lead inside the program and returns a recommendation a board will accept: recover, restructure, rebuild, pause, or terminate. Further recovery products join this line as they are documented and priced.

(05) · AI governance

Readiness, documented.

AI governance is one of five capabilities, not the brand, and this is its library: starter kits, policy packs, and assessment tools behind EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 readiness. Everything here supports readiness. Nothing here is a certification, and nothing claims to be one.

(06) · Subscription libraries

The library, kept current.

Rolling access to the document library instead of one-off purchases: templates, toolkits, and updates as regulations and methods move. Each tier states its license, its cadence, and what happens on cancellation before you subscribe. Further tiers open as the line is priced and documented.
