A 60-minute executive working session focused on one strategic decision. It includes a pre-session review of the context you submit, a structured challenge of the options on the table, and a written one-page action summary after the session.
What you provide
A short description of the decision or issue, the specific question to be addressed, and up to three supporting documents in PDF, DOCX, or PPTX format.
Meetings included
One 60-minute video session.
Documents reviewed
Up to three documents, with a combined maximum of 50 pages.
What you receive

Delivery
The written action summary is delivered within two business days after the session.
Not included
Implementation, legal advice, regulatory opinion, technical engineering, detailed document drafting, additional meetings, or review of materials beyond the stated limit.
Rescheduling
The session may be rescheduled once without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees. Sessions canceled later or missed without notice are non-refundable.
Limitation
This service provides strategic advisory based on the information supplied by the client. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, certification, audit, or engineering advice. Implementation requires a separate written engagement.
