One line. A person answers.

One line reaches a person here: engagements, press, partnerships, and existing-client matters alike.

How we receive mandates.

Most inbound starts the same way: a strategic decision that needs an independent call, a program that has drifted beyond what the team can self-correct, or an AI exposure that is becoming a board-level conversation. Each routes to a different capability: strategic advisory for the call, project recovery for the drift, and AI governance, one of five capabilities and never the brand, for the exposure. You do not have to know which one fits before you write; naming the pressure point is enough, and the routing is our problem to solve. Send one line of context and a senior engagement lead who could run the mandate reads it. There is no intake queue, no scoring rubric, and no qualifying gate in front of the first reply.

What happens after you write.

You get a written reply within one business day: a clear statement of whether and how we can help, from a person, not a sequence. If we are the right fit, it names what the mandate would look like and the first thing we would do. If we are not, it says so and points you toward a better next step. Your information is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. The front door is deliberately narrow so the first answer already carries operational judgment.

Not a mandate inquiry? Here too.

Press, partnerships, and existing-client matters reach the same line: one message, a person answers, and nothing routes through a marketing inbox first. If you would rather understand how the firm is built before you write, the about page lays out the operating model and the five capabilities in full. For engagements, the fastest path is still a scoped diagnostic: one line of context, an engagement lead’s reply within a business day, and a clear read on whether there is a mandate worth running, including an honest answer when there is not one yet.
