These terms apply to your use of the RAVENTRYX website and to purchases made through the store. Where an engagement is also covered by a separate written statement of work (SOW) agreed between the parties, the SOW prevails over this page on any conflict.

Products listed in the store with a stated price are offers capable of acceptance on the terms shown on their page. For bespoke engagements, the scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in a statement of work, and pages describing capabilities are informational rather than an offer.
Fees & payment
Fees are stated at the point of sale or in the relevant SOW, in the currency shown, and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; recurring purchases are additionally governed by the Subscription Terms.
Intellectual property
RAVENTRYX retains all rights in its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, and products, including pre-existing and independently developed materials. Rights in client-specific deliverables are allocated in the relevant SOW.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other’s confidential information disclosed in connection with an engagement, as set out in the SOW or a separate NDA.
Warranties & disclaimers
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the site’s availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. Liability under an engagement is governed by the statement of work for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where RAVENTRYX LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection protections in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase or subscription will be communicated as appropriate and will not retrospectively alter terms already accepted for a completed transaction, except where required by law.
