What can be canceled, when a refund is available, and how to ask. The terms below are the same ones shown on each product page before you pay. This page collects them in one place so they can be re-read, and cited, after purchase.
Which terms apply to your purchase
The terms that govern a purchase are the ones displayed on that product’s page at the time you bought it. This page reproduces them, grouped by the kind of product they cover; it does not add to them or replace them.
Where a product is bought under a separate signed statement of work, that document prevails over both this page and the product page.
Advisory sessions, assessments and diagnostics
A refund may be requested before the intake meeting and before document review has started, less non-refundable payment-processing fees. No refund is available after assessment work has commenced.

Rescheduling may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. A full refund may be requested before the service begins. Once the assessment, analysis, preparation, or related professional work has started, the payment is non-refundable. Any later rescheduling is agreed between both parties, subject to availability.
Applies to: Digital Twin Readiness Assessment, Executive Operating Model Design, Operational Intelligence Assessment.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees. Sessions canceled later or missed without notice are non-refundable.

Monthly retainers
The retainer may be canceled before the next billing date. No refund applies to the current billing period or to completed work.
Applies to: Executive Advisory Retainer.
The retainer may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period or previously completed work.
Applies to: Strategic Advisory Retainer.
Knowledge subscriptions
The subscription renewal may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing and does not normally refund a period already billed, except where applicable law requires it or where there has been a billing error. Access to the library and its updates ends at the close of the period already paid for. Materials lawfully downloaded before then may continue to be used internally under the license that applied to them, but no new materials, updates, or subscriber-only services are provided after that point.

Digital products
A refund may be requested before the digital product has been downloaded or accessed. After download or access, the product is non-refundable, except where the file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, where the product delivered differs materially from the one purchased, or where a refund is required under applicable law.
Whether a product has been downloaded is recorded when the download link is used, so the point at which this rule takes effect is a matter of record rather than recollection.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Write to us using the contact route on this site, from the address used for the purchase, and say which product it concerns. We reply within one business day.
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method. Card networks and banks set their own timelines for the funds to appear.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer withdrawal rights. Where the law gives you a stronger right than the terms above, the law applies.
