Project Recovery Diagnostic
A two-to-four week triage of a program in distress: a real baseline of scope, critical path, and root cause, and a straight rescue-versus-rewrite-versus-kill recommendation a board will accept.
A two-to-four-week diagnostic for a project that is delayed, over budget, technically blocked, or affected by unclear ownership. It returns a current-state baseline, a root-cause read, and a clear recommendation with a recovery roadmap and governance proposal a board will accept.
