Senior advisory and oversight support each month, with priority access and executive-meeting preparation.
Up to ten hours of senior advisory and oversight support per billing month.
Monthly inclusion
- 01.Up to four scheduled executive meetings of 60 minutes each
- 02.Strategic and operational review
- 03.Board or executive-meeting preparation
- 04.Review of up to ten documents per month, with a combined maximum of 250 pages
- 05.Written decision notes or recommendations where appropriate
Response time
Initial acknowledgment within one business day. Priority matters normally receive a substantive response within one business day, subject to complexity and information availability.
Definition of "on call"
Reasonable priority access by email and scheduled meeting during normal business hours. It does not include 24/7 emergency availability or unrestricted operational execution.
Hours
Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
Implementation
Operational execution is not automatically included. Any implementation, embedded management, project recovery, document production, or technical delivery must be included expressly in a separate Statement of Work.
Cancellation
The retainer may be canceled before the next billing date. No refund applies to the current billing period or to completed work.
