Delivery
The assessment report is delivered within seven business days after the intake meeting and receipt of all required documents.
Not included
Implementation, project management, onsite visits, detailed process redesign, software configuration, financial audit, legal review, or ongoing operational oversight.
Rescheduling
Meetings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellation
A refund may be requested before the intake meeting and before document review has started, less non-refundable payment-processing fees. No refund is available after the assessment work has commenced.
Limitation
Findings are based on the information made available during the assessment and do not constitute an audit, assurance opinion, legal opinion, or guarantee of operational performance.
