Strategic Advisory Retainer
Ongoing strategic counsel on call, for decisions that keep arriving.
Up to four hours of senior advisory support per billing month.
Monthly inclusion
- 01.Up to two scheduled video meetings of 60 minutes each
- 02.Email-based questions within the included time allocation
- 03.Review of up to five documents per month, with a combined maximum of 100 pages
- 04.Concise written recommendations where appropriate.
Response time
Initial acknowledgment within one business day and a substantive response normally within two business days, depending on complexity and information availability.
Definition of "on call"
"On call" means reasonable access by email and scheduled video meeting during normal business hours. It does not mean 24/7 availability, emergency response, unrestricted access, or immediate attendance.
Hours
Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
Additional time
Additional work is performed only after written approval and is billed separately at the rate stated in the applicable engagement terms.
Implementation
Implementation, project management, document production, legal work, technical delivery, and operational execution are not included unless expressly stated in a separate Statement of Work.
Cancellation
The retainer may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period or previously completed work.
